By applying to participate, nominate, attend, speak, sponsor, or associate with the Milestone Global Awards & Conclave, all individuals and entities agree to abide by the following rules and regulations:
1. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
All applicants must provide accurate, verifiable, and truthful information.
The organizers reserve the right to request documentation to verify identity, credentials, or eligibility.
2. Code of Conduct
All attendees, nominees, speakers, and participants must behave in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event.
Disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive behavior towards organizers, guests, staff, or fellow participants may result in disqualification and removal from the event without refund or compensation.
The use of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited during official event activities.
3. Application & Participation
Submitting an application or nomination does not guarantee acceptance or selection.
All registration or participation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Applications received after the deadline may be rejected at the sole discretion of the organizers.
4. Dress Code & Protocol
Participants must adhere to the prescribed dress code for each scheduled activity or ceremony.
Formal attire is required for the award ceremony, red carpet, and official photo sessions.
5. Media Rights & Publicity
By participating, individuals grant the organizers full rights to use their name, image, photographs, videos, and testimonials for promotional and media purposes without further permission or compensation.
Media coverage may include press releases, print, digital, and social media publications.
6. Award Selection Process
All nominations and awardees are evaluated by an independent jury or committee based on merit and contribution.
The decision of the jury and organizers is final and not subject to appeal or dispute.
7. Schedule & Program Changes
The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, venue, speakers, guests, or content of the conclave and awards ceremony without prior notice.
Changes may occur due to unavoidable circumstances or in the interest of better event management.
8. Liability & Insurance
The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage sustained during travel or attendance.
Participants are advised to arrange their own health, travel, and liability insurance.
9. Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, the organizers may postpone or cancel the event without liability.
In such cases, participation fees may be carried forward to a future edition but shall not be refunded.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
11. Agreement to Terms
By participating in any capacity (nominee, awardee, speaker, delegate, sponsor, or partner), the individual/entity acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the rules and regulations mentioned herein.
